2016 – 2023: PhD at the University of Rostock. Title of thesis: „Malacostracan phylogeny and the evolution of the caridoid facies - A reevaluation of morpho-functional concepts and character dependencies“.
September 2016: Master of Science at the University of Rostock. Title of Master's thesis: ”Morphological analysis of the walking and tactile legs of vinegaroons (Thelyphonida, Uropygi, Chelicerata)”, supervised by Dr. Christian S. Wirkner and Prof. Dr. Stefan Richter.
2014 – 2016: Master's studies of "Diversity and Evolution" at the University of Rostock.
September 2014: Bachelor of Science at the University of Rostock. Title of Bachelor's thesis: ”Investigation of the branchial crown of Laonome spp. (Annelida, Polychaeta, Sabellidae)”, supervised by PD Dr. Andreas Bick and Dr. Christian S. Wirkner.
